Step 2     Navigation Planning and Design

This is similar to an architect drawing up plans to build a house, except the house is your web site.  Each site needs to be planned and have a concise layout or 'design'.  With a carefully planned design and 'navigation' (how your customers find the information) you should expect clients to enjoy your site without spending an unreasonable amount of time finding information.
